A: 7MIN AMRAP

  • 8x THRUSTERS (50/30KG)
  • 8x PULL-UPS

3 MIN REST AND DIRECTLY INTO:

  • TOES TO BAR
  • BOX JUMP (60/50)
  • The workout is made up of two parts. The first one is a 7min AMRAP of 8x thrusters (50/30kg) and 8x pull-ups. After a 3min rest period, competitors go immediately into the second part, which is 21/15/9 reps of TTB and box jumps (60/50) for time.
  • Submission deadline is on the 8th of February, 2020, at midnight (CET).
  • Part A is competing for maximum reps and part B for the fastest time. The composite of your two scores and positions will give the end score for the first workout.
